Information Report (BIR) |
A
Basic Information Report (BIR) is a search we conduct using several
on-line data services to develop or verify basic identification
information on the subject of an investigation. The BIR generally
covers a 7-10 year history, and verifies the subject's current and prior
addresses, date of birth, social security number, and other identification
data. It will also normally develop additional information regarding the
subject's property ownership, registered vehicles, the identity of current
and former spouses, and other adults living at the same addresses that
subject has used. We recommend this inquiry be run on all individuals of
interest to your investigation. |

| Criminal
History Check |
The
Criminal History Check (CHC) is a query of State agencies responsible for
the maintenance of Criminal History Records to obtain records of felony,
misdemeanor, and traffic convictions reported by local, county, and state
law enforcement agencies. The CHC will not provide records that have been
administratively expunged, or records of minor violations that have not
been reported to the State agency. It also may not reflect records that
predate automated reporting systems (usually prior to 1990). The CHC is
not available in Ohio and some other states that restrict public access to
criminal history records. |

Webcheck Criminal History |
We
submit your applicant's fingerprints to the State of Ohio to obtain an
official Criminal History Report from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal
Information and Identification (BCII). Turn around time on this is
generally 24 hrs. Your applicant must appear for fingerprinting at
the Kettering, OH Police Department. Call us at (937) 673-4546 so
that we can set up the appointment with KPD for submission of your
applicant's fingerprints to BCII. |

| Kentucky
Criminal History |
Through
an agreement we have with the State of Kentucky, we can obtain an official
Criminal History Report from the State of Kentucky on your applicant
within 24 hrs. The report will show all criminal, misdemeanor, and
traffic offenses reported to the state by local, county, and state law
enforcement agencies. |

| County
and Municipal Court Filings |
We
search electronically available County and Municipal Court records in the
county of residence for criminal and misdemeanor offenses and civil
filings, using the subject's name and date of birth. Generally these
checks provide more information than the SCHC or CHC described above
because we can examine the court docket and extract or obtain copies of
various filings that were made in the cases. In addition to criminal
history information, this inquiry will normally develop information on
prior divorces, complaints against subject for nonpayment of just debt,
and other civil litigation that subject may have been a party to by virtue
of their ownership or involvement with the operation of other business
ventures or companies. We charge an additional $25.00 for each additional
county if the client wants this service run in multiple counties.
Some county and municipal courts do not have systems that permit
electronic access to records. In such cases we will contact the
client and quote a price for conducting a manual on-site records search. |

District Court Records Check |
Records
check in Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Court in the jurisdiction
where subject resides, or where business is located to identify prior
Criminal, Civil, and Bankruptcy filings. Also includes an online
search of a proprietary data service for Bankruptcy filings in other
jurisdictions. If request is for an Employment Background Investigation,
the Fair Credit Reporting Act prohibits us from reporting Bankruptcies or
Civil Judgments that are more than 10 years old. |

Surreptitious
installation of a magnetic self-powered GPS recorder on any vehicle or

installation of a vehicular powered GPS transmitter that allows continuous

installation of the device is required. This device provides the ability
to monitor the actual location of the tracked vehicle or mobile asset from
any computer with internet access, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We
can provide weekly tracking reports, which provide information on all
stops the vehicle/asset made during the reporting period, including
addresses, length of stop, average speed between stops, etc. |
